Typically IT Hound is called upon for one or more specific problems that a company is experiencing. On our first visit, speaking to key individuals, we will run a thorough analysis of your present and future requirements in terms of:
Business - suppliers, customers, markets, processes, plans and people
Communications – how, where and what (the good, the bad and the ugly!)
Technology – current equipment, upgrades desired, new
This will give us all the information to formulate a report outlining recommendations for all the above areas.
