When you contact us for help, we will then assist you by phone, Skype or connect to your computer remotely. Our remote cover extends to wherever you are in the world; IT Hound can still support you using our remote desktop connection technology. Where a solution cannot readily be found remotely, one of our engineers will come out to your site to resolve the problem.

‘HomeWorker’ monthly remote support
Designed for individuals; typically a ‘one man band’ working from home. Unlimited support, charged on a monthly basis-for all those irritating daily glitches relating to email, computer performance, broadband connection....
'HomeWorker' covers one computer and available Monday to Friday, 0900 – 1730 hrs excluding bank holidays. With this package we can instantly access your computer-no installations or downloads necessary!
Annual commercial assist
Unlimited support for businesses working from commercial premises, with up to 10 employees using computer systems (including all types of desktops, laptops, Microsoft Windows, Apple Macs, iPhones and blackberries).
This package is available Monday to Friday, 0900 – 1730 hrs excluding bank holidays. Instant access to your office computers-no installations or downloads necessary!
Package includes an annual onsite health check visit; like your car’s MOT, computers go through rigorous checks to ensure they are clean, virus-free and performing faster.
Ad-hoc support
Even if you don’t have a contract with us, we’ll be delighted to help you sort out whatever problems arise, as and when necessary. Most of our customers do find it preferable to have a contract as increases our knowledge of your business, people and IT systems–available Monday to Friday, 0900 – 1730 hrs excluding bank holidays
